This Privacy Statement (hereinafter: "Statement“) describes how CHAMI APPS LIMITED(hereinafter: We, Our, CHAMI, our apps or CHAMI APPS) handles our user’s (hereinafter: you, your) personal information on chamiapps.co.uk and in our applications, and services (together, the “Service”).
We consider the protection and confidentiality of your data to be very important. Your personal data will be collected and used solely within the statutory provisions of the applicable data protection laws. Through this Data Protection Declaration, we wish to inform you of the personal data we collect and the purpose for which we use that data.
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our apps, our services, features and content, to administer your Membership (together, the “Service”) and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate our Service.
Your use of our services is subject to this Statement in effect at the time of your use. By accepting our Statement and our Terms of Service, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Statement. CHAMI reserves the right to update and change this Statement from time to time without notice or acceptance by you, so please check this page frequently for updates and changes. SUBJECT MATTER OF DATA PROTECTION
The subject matter of the data protection is personal data. This consists of individual information on personal or objective circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your name, your postal address, your e-mail address, your telephone number, and usage data.
COLLECTION AND USE OF DATA
When you visit the Service, whether as a registered user or a non-registered user just browsing, our servers automatically record information that your browser or mobile phone sends whenever you visit a website or application (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, phone model or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Site, pages or portions of our Services that you visit or click on, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on the Service, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyse use of the Service and for technical administration, to increase our app’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to your needs. For example, some of this information is collected so that when you visit the Service again, it will recognize you and serve information appropriate to your interests. We also use this information to verify that users meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do not treat Log Data as personal information or use it in association with other personal information, though we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other non-identifying information.
USER DATA
By connecting to our apps with Facebook Connect, you give us permission to access, store and use your information from Facebook including, but not limited to, your Facebook UID, any information that you have permitted Facebook to share with us and any information you have made public in connection with that service (“Personal Information”).
Information from Facebook is provided to us under the terms of Facebook’s privacy policy. You can control the information that we receive from Facebook using the privacy settings in your Facebook account.
We also collect the other information that you provide as part of registration and the administration and personalization of your profile (e.g., topics and interests) (“Non-Identifying Information”).
We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non-Identifying Information) mainly to provide the Service, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.
Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other information in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other non-identifying information (for example, your viewing preferences). We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other users of the Service to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Service and to analyze and understand how our Service is used. We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, e.g. from Google Analytics, Crashlytics and Facebook Insights, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user..
We also use your Personal Information to contact you with updates, service messages, newsletter-marketing and other information that may be of interest to you.
COOKIES
Like many websites and internet services, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for three purposes.
First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to our applications or services or services.
Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of CHAMI, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on the Service. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Service and then close your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Service.
We use or may use cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data and clear gifs information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) to provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; (g) to provide advertising, which may be tailored to your interests, and (h) to keep the site safe.
PHISHING
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
When you register through the Service and submit your Personal Information our users and users of certain third-party websites will see your first name (as you have provided it to Facebook) as well as topics connected with your first name. You can choose what other Personal Information or other information to provide as part of your profile or through your video or chat sessions (“Other Member Information”) and in some cases you can choose whether to share your profile information publicly on our apps by making selections via the “Create topic” or “Profile” sections in our apps. Providing Other Member Information is voluntary and should correlate with the degree of interaction you want to have with our users. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.
If you sign up via your Facebook account, your account in the Service and your Facebook account will be connected. Information regarding your topics and chats, can be shared with Facebook and will appear in your Facebook Friends’ newsfeeds, according to the settings you select when you create a “New topic”. Please review and consider what content and information you want to share on Facebook.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform business-related services (e.g., without limitation, maintenance services, hosting, database management, web analytics and improvement of our app’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our apps are used. These third parties may have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
CHAMI APPS LIMITED cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of CHAMI APPS LIMITED or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical, offensive or legally actionable activity.
VIDEO AND AUDIO CHATS
We will not monitor, record or broadcast video and audio chat sessions any time. However, we cannot prevent your chat partners from broadcasting live or recorded chat sessions without your or our permission through third party websites or services. We recommend that you exercise caution in disclosing any information, personal or otherwise, during a video or chat session.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS
We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by visiting the „Profile“ section in our apps. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us at help@chamiapps.co.uk with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
SECURITY
We are very concerned with safeguarding your information. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). In some cases, we also encrypt sensitive information where it is stored on our systems.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Service in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

We do not exercise control over third party websites or services. OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN
Our apps are not directed to children and adolescents under 18. We explicitly do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at help@chamiapps.co.uk. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
